How to request deletion
- 1. Send an email to support@couplewins.app with subject: Delete account.
- 2. Include the email address used to sign in to the app.
- 3. We will confirm your request and start the deletion workflow.
Request account deletion
If you want to permanently delete your CoupleWins account and associated data, follow the steps below.
Important notes
- Deletion removes access to cycle history and linked memories.
- Subscription purchases are managed by the store (App Store/Google Play).
- Once completed, account deletion cannot be reverted.
